All opportunities above £25,000 are advertised on Contracts Finder as well as Delta. Where applicable, contracts are also advertised on OJEU.
3. How much do you pay per annum for your procurement software?
£6500 for Delta. Coda Dream is owned.
4. What are the contract start and end dates with the provider and when will the next tender become available?
Delta renewable annually. Next renewal due Nov 19. Coda Dream is owned so the only contract is for annual maintenance.
5. How long have you used this software for in total?
Our records only go back to 2011. We have used the same system since that time.
6. What are the purchasing rules of your organisation?
For example - £0-£10,000 (3 quotes), £10,000+ public notification etc.
£0 - £5000 Direct Award
£5000 - £50,000 Three Quotes
£50,000 - £181,302 Formal Tender
£181,302 + OJEU Tender
