1. How many requests do you receive per annum?

Freedom of Information requests from April 1 2018 to March 31 2019 - 194

Environmental Information Regulation requests from April 1 2018 to March 31 2019 - 393

Subject Access Requests from April 1 2018 to March 31 2019 - 46

Total statutory requests from April 1 2018 to March 31 2019 - 633

2. What IT resources are used to help with management/tracking, reporting, auditing, redaction, etc.?

We currently use an Excel spreadsheet to manage and report on our Freedom of Information requests, Subject Access Requests and Environmental Information Regulation requests. We are planning to use SharePoint for managing all our statutory requests in the near future. We use Operation Trapeze for redaction.  

3. Are these decided by each Fire & Rescue Service or are they provided as part of a National resource?

These are decided by each Fire & Rescue Service not at a national level.
