1. Following the Grenfell fire, and a recommendation from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's (formerly the Department for Communities and Local Government) in June 2017 to implement interim mitigating measures to ensure the safety of residents, pending replacement of cladding, how many residential buildings have introduced ‘waking watches’ in your area to ensure they meet fire safety standards?

6 buildings have introduced waking watches in the ECFRS area.


2. Can you list the buildings?
 

These are the buildings that have previously introduced ‘waking watches’ in Essex as part of their interim measures to meet fire safety measures:

·       Parr Court, Station Lane, Pitsea, Basildon SS13 3BG Alucobond cladding

·       Aragon Court, Station Lane, Pitsea, Basildon SS13 3EZ Alucobond cladding

·       Parkside Court, Melbourne Avenue, Chelmsford CM1 2DY Stotherm cladding

·       Occasio House (1-40), Playhouse Square, Harlow CM20 1AP Category 3 ACM cladding (no further information available)

·       Occasio House (41-116), Playhouse Square, Harlow CM20 1AP Category 3 ACM cladding (no further information available)
