Broadly compliant is defined as minor/low risk through the national CFOA audit process as evidenced by the score it has attained during the fire safety assessment.

Notification of deficiencies identify areas of low risk that do not require statutory actions/enforcement.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request you have the right to apply for an internal review.
