Currently operational availability is managed by the following: • OAM system (On-Call) • RMU department – Flexi Rota • CRT1 forms – for wholetime availability – go through to RMU • DDOR’s
Question 2– When the contract (s) expire or are due for renewal?
We have recently contracted a new system called WORKSuite.
We are not currently live on this system, go live date is due in next few months.
The contract runs for two years with a further two year option
