Question 1 – "Information being requested: All records held by Essex Fire Service in relation to a planning application by Chelmsford City Council for the demolition of garages at Medway Close, Chelmsford to be replaced by 6 dwellings. Planning reference is 23/00195/FUL.

I am aware that *********(of Essex Fire Service) had a meeting with the planning officers (of Chelmsford City Council) on or around 29.09.2023 so I would like notes from that meeting please and any email correspondence, with any attachments, sent between Essex Fire Service (likely to have been ********) and Chelmsford City Council planning department in relation to this matter.
