Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS) do not have any contracts in place for digital wellbeing or mental health applications (such as mobile apps or online programmes).
We are not aware of any upcoming procurement related to this area.
As such, we are unable to provide details on product suppliers, contractual arrangements, or plans for future procurement.

We do not have an external Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
We have several areas within ECFRS which provide support for our employees, this includes our In-house Occupational Health Team, Fitness Team and our Training Department.
Physiotherapy, counselling, stress awareness, trauma training are some of the many services that are provided either on a self-referral basis or personal development.
Details of contracts for the provision of Physiotherapy, eyesight testing etc can be found on the ECFRS Transparency site Contracts Awarded (essex-fire.gov.uk).
