We can confirm that Essex County Fire & Rescue Service does hold some of the information you have requested.

Questions and final response:

 

Question 1 – I would like to request following information, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

Total number of data breaches in the past 24 months.

Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS) have processed 102 Data breaches since May 2022.

 

Question 2 - Total number of data breaches in the past 24 months that were reported to the ICO.

Of the 102 Data breaches that were processed by ECFRS, 3 were reportable to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

 

Question 3 –Total number of grievances that have been raised in the past 24 months.

ECFRS have received forty-two grievances since May 2022.

 

Question 4 – Total number of grievances in the past 24 months, whereby the initial/investigatory meetings were held 5 days or more from when the grievance was raised.

This information is not recorded; therefore we are unavailable to provide you with this information.
