Question 1 - Please would you supply me with a breakdown of all ‘Road Traffic Accidents / Collisions’ reported to Essex Fire and Rescue (or passed from the police or any other agency) that have occurred on the Stanford Rivers Road (A113), also known as ‘Romford Road’ and ‘London Road’ in the vicinity of Marden Ash House, Marden Ash Mews, Gray’s Farm, Kettlebury Spring and Little Sandon and Great Colemans. Specifically, I refer to the stretch of road between: Sandon Place (Grid Ref TL 55154 / 02126 or Long / Lat Ref: 51.696445 / 0.24356738) and Great Colemans (Grid Ref: TL 54727 / 01449 or Long /Lat Ref: 51.690481 / 0.23709387) Please include ANY and ALL collisions / accidents whether reportable to police under the Road Traffic Act, or not.
I would be grateful for a comprehensive breakdown, obviously omitting any personal data, index marks, etc.
Please include the following information:
1) Date of incident
2) Time of incident
3) Exact location
4) Type of Accident (i.e. Death, Personal Injury, Damage Only, including roadside property) This should also include any third party / pedestrian injuries.
5) Type of vehicle(s) involved (i.e. motorcycle, car, HGV)
6) Direction of travel
7) Whether the vehicle mounted the pavement or left the road at all
8) Any reporting officer's view of how accident occurred / causation factors (i.e. excess speed, drink / drugs, etc.)
Please supply data for at least the last five years - January 1st 2020 to date.
f you can easily supply this data over the last ten years, I would be grateful - January 2015 to date.
