Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please find our response to your request on the attached spreadsheet.

Initial request: I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information on the organisations HR functions and Workforce. Please provide this information by completing the attached spreadsheet.

Please note that the information provided in Section 3a contains only Agency Temporary workers.

We do not have access to information held on SAP regarding details of those on long or short term contracts and therefore we are unable to provide this to you.

For the temps employed via an employment agency, please be aware :-

That the temporary workers headcount and FTE were monitored and analysed by Finance from January 2017.

The headcount numbers provided for the FOI are based on a calculations of the costs and details held on the Finance System and may not reflect the actual numbers of agency Temps engaged by Essex Fire & Rescue Service.

We are unable to provide the FTE related to the above as this was not recorded or tracked at that time.
