I am researching the 1st April 2017 - 31st March 2018 Facility Time information that public sector bodies were required to publish before 31st July 2018 under The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017

I have looked at your website and have found your return at:

Figure 3 (fte)

Figure 4 (number of employees)

and

Figure 5 (Total Pay Bill) which also impacts on the cost of Facility Time as a percentage of Total pay Bill It is possible, that misunderstood your return for Figure 3 and Figure 4

I would be grateful if you would review and explain your return for: Figure 3 (fte) - Fig 3. FTE.

This figure represents the FTE of Service employees that are seconded to work wholly upon TU-related matters

Figure 4 (number of employees) - Fig 4. Number of employees. These figures reflect the number of employees who have recorded the corresponding proportion of their time as having been spent working upon TU-related matters. e.g. 8 employees spent between 1% and 50% of their working time on TU-related matters.

and

Figure 5 (Total Pay Bill) which also impacts on the cost of Facility Time as a percentage of Total pay Bill - Fig 5. Pay bill. This reflects the proportion of our overall pay bill that was spent upon time engaged in TU-related matters and is based upon the amount of time that individual employees that have recorded as TU Facility time, multiplied by their corresponding hourly rates of pay.
