*Number of cases = number of individuals taking absence due to a mental health related condition.

We are not in a position to provide historic data as our previous HR information system did not allow us to accurately capture the reasons for sickness absence.

In addition to this, it has only been with the introduction of our new HR information system in December 2018 that we started capturing absence for On Call colleagues in the system. Data prior to this date excludes these people and is therefore not wholly representative of the Service’s sickness record.
