Questions and final response:

Question 1 -Fire on 4th October, Princes St Parkeston 0522hrs.Can you give the reason why the second appliance had to come from Colchester and when it booked in attendance?

Colchester was mobilised at 05:18:39 and were on scene at 05:41:06.

Our mobilising system offers the nearest available appliance considering several factors, including the time to mobilise, distance from incident, road conditions etc.

Question 2 - Can I have the call out log and the availability of Dovercourt 2 appliance, Manningtree, Weeley, Frinton as I believe these stations are nearer that Colchester.

Question 3 - Also, the qualification on the Dovercourt firefighters that attended Number on appliance and if they have BA crew which were deployed?

11P1 was mobilised at 05:18:39, arriving at the scene 05:28:04. There were six crew on board the appliance. Dovercourt Fire Station have a mix of fully competent and in development firefighters. BA crews were deployed at the incident, there is no information on the log for this incident of any BA deficient issues raised of the crews that were at the scene.
