Please could you provide me with a copy of any communication your organisation has sent to any local authority with responsibility for highways dated between 1.3.20 and the date of this e-mail?
This communication should be limited to only those that include any reference to the fact that response times are being increased, or are at risk of being increased, because of traffic measures which have been brought in by the highways authority.
We have no record of any communications being sent about response times by Essex County Fire & Rescue Service to any local authority between March 1 2020 and October 22 2020.
