I am looking for a document published as part of a Essex fire authority meeting called 09-152 'switch crewing implementation'. Please note the document is not to be confused with EFA/031/14. I suspect document 09-152 would of been published between January 2007 and sometime before September 2009 (the month switch crewing commenced). Thank you for your time and efforts.

Our retention policy for corporate records dictates that we only hold these records for 10 years. As the document were published in 2007, the retention policy would have only been until 2017. Therefore, the document you refer to in your request has been destroyed in 2017. We only hold minutes permanently without a retention policy. The paper you discuss in your request EFA/031/14 only refers to the ‘switch crewing implementation’
