The details we require are:
1. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
The contract was let using an ESPO framework. The sole supplier listed was Sportsafe UK Limited.
2. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
As the contract was a cooperation between Essex Police and Essex County Fire & Rescue Service, we do not know the actual spend. We do not have access to the spend of Essex Police
3. Start date & duration of framework
The start date of the contract was April 2018 and was due to expire at the end of March 2021 but has been extended by 12 months as allowed by the ESPO framework
4. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

We already use a third party to service the equipment which is not covered by an OEM warranty.

The senior officer outside procurement is the Head of Occupational Health.
