I have previously asked in a FOI Request (4245) if your fire and rescue service received any racism complaints made against it and its staff since 2015.
Now, please can you tell me if over the stated period there have been any employment tribunal claims brought against your service where discrimination on the grounds of race has been cited for the requested period (2015-2020).
If there have been such claims, can you please tell me how many such claims were brought per year requested, the nature of such complaint, whether it was made by a member of a public or a staff member and whether it was upheld/partially upheld/not upheld.

There are no records of any employment tribunal (ET) claims lodged since 2015, where discrimination on the grounds of race has been cited as the reason for the claim.
