Please may I submit the following Freedom of Information request, made up of three queries.

1) For the following years, please can you provide data for how many call-outs your fire service attended related to carbon monoxide in domestic properties:

01 August 2015 to 31 July 2016 - 7
01 August 2016 to 31 July 2017 - 2
01 August 2017 to 31 July 2018 - 9
01 August 2018 to 31 July 2019 - 7
01 August 2019 to 30 June 2020 - 7

2) For the following years, please can you provide data for how many call-outs your fire service attended related to other gas leaks (not including carbon monoxide) in domestic properties:

01 August 2015 to 31 July 2016 - 6
01 August 2016 to 31 July 2017 - 3
01 August 2017 to 31 July 2018 - 7
01 August 2018 to 31 July 2019 - 7
01 August 2019 to 30 June 2020 - 5

3) For the following years, please can you provide data for how many call-outs your fire service attended related to fires caused by domestic boilers:

01 August 2015 to 31 July 2016 - 8
01 August 2016 to 31 July 2017 - 6
01 August 2017 to 31 July 2018 - 6
01 August 2018 to 31 July 2019 - 7
01 August 2019 to 30 June 2020 – 9

The above data includes fires where the source of ignition is recorded on our Incident Recording System (IRS) as central heating/hot water or separate water heating.

Please note incident data is only available up to June 30 2020
