Question 1 - I am writing regarding information about a historic fire which occurred within the north of Southend, adjacent north of the A127.

We have been informed there may have been a historic (possibly toy) factory fire in the location of what is now Mercedes-Benz of Southend or proximity of: https://maps.app.goo.gl/fBkWMLbUYXnNWy5bA The information we have obtained gave mentioned to a fire at this location within the 1990s or early 2000s, with the historic building being totally destroyed.Full current street address:15 Stephenson Rd, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 5LY.If you have any information regarding this, we would greatly appreciate this.

The records for incidents that have been attended by Essex County Fire & Rescue Service relate to incidents from 2009 to date. We have checked our system and are unable to provide any information on the incident that you are requesting information for.
