Question 1 – Under the FOIA I would like to know the following information: Since January 1, 2023, how many people at Essex County Fire and Rescue Service have faced disciplinary proceedings?

26 people (based on the number of people under investigation in this period.)

 

Question 2 –For the above (1), please break the figures down by whether the individuals were firefighters or staff?

23 Grey Book employees (Firefighters and above)

3 Green Book employees (Support staff)

 

Question 3 –What were the allegations made against these (1) people? Please provide a breakdown per allegation?

Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS) do not currently track all category types of allegations.

The data that we do track, is as below:
