Question 1 – Please can you provide me with the following information for the most recent complete fiscal year: Total number of temporary workers engaged by your organisation, broken down by department or function, if possible?

The annual expenditure can be calculated by visiting our Transparency site, Invoices & Expenditure (essex-fire.gov.uk) select the month you require from the Select Category drop down, expenditure is displayed according to your search parameters.

Question 3 – Total number of agency suppliers (Preferred Suppliers/non-Preferred Suppliers) in your organisation’s labour supply chain ?

The Provider is Randstad. VMS is called Netive.

Question 8 – Details of any upcoming retendering or renewal processes related to your MSP and VMS contracts? Currently being reviewed but likely we will join a collaboration with 7 Forces.

Question 9 – Anticipated date for the retendering or renewal process to commence ?

November 2023

Question 10 – Name and contact information of the person responsible for overseeing the retendering or renewal process.

Not known at this time – will be a member of 7 Forces procurement team.
