Please could you tell me how many racism complaints have been made against your fire and rescue service and its staff since 2015.
Please break this down by each calendar year between 2015 and 2020 in terms of: complaints from members of the public, complaints from staff members, and whether the complaint was upheld by the organisation.
No racism complaints have made against Essex County Fire & Rescue Service by members of staff or members of the public since January 2018. Records before 2018 have been deleted in line with our retention policy.
