Question 1 – We are looking to obtain copies of documentation that would have been generated and sent to our building control consultant, Salus, from when we took over our premises. We purchased the site in July 2020 and we occupier several units including, 2, 4, 6, 8 & 10 although the main postal address used is 4 Warner Drive, Springwood Industrial Estate, Braintree, CM7 2YW.
The previous occupier was Benchmark Vaccines.
Would it be possible to be provided copies of any responses to consultations relevant to our premises that have been undertaken since we purchased the site?
We have conducted a search of our records for the above premises for any documentation generated by ECFRS and sent to Salus post July 2020.
