Question 1 - eBike safety. Your web site indicates fire risk arising from 1) charging 2) buying kits from fulfilment sites without CE and UK safety standards being met 3) storage. Do you know how many eBike fires attended involved kits from fulfilment sites?
Please see attached spreadsheet containing data for E-Bike incidents that Essex County Fire & Rescue Service have attended in the previous two years.
There is no reference in these incidents to kits without CE/UK safety standards purchased from fulfilment centres.
