I am conducting research on outdoor fires within England, for my dissertation. The study will explore the trends, causes and impacts over the past 10 years. One aim that I am investigating is to evaluate practitioners prospective on the challenges of outdoor fires and the resilient strategies currently in place.
The purpose of this email is to ask if you would be able to provide any data via an interview. Due to the current circumstances, these interviews would be conducted online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom to abide by the current national lockdown rules. I understand that this may not be possible and would appreciate any information that can be provided by yourselves or equally be pointed in the right direction to obtain any data. However, an interview would be preferred.
Please find attached an Excel spreadsheet containing data on outdoor fires between 2011 and 2020 in the ECFRS area.
