Initial Request:

I would like to know if ECFRS has an options appraisal document concerning the options for change in 2016. To clarify I am NOT looking for the following: ORH response model survey, options for change consultation document, Consultation Document for Essex Fire Authority Options for change 2016–2020. The options appraisal document includes the costings of how much the options would cost to implement (not the savings made).

Final Response:

We can confirm that we do not hold a document in relation to what you have specifically requested. We do hold a document that shows the expected benefits from the options, but not one that outlines the costs of delivering such benefits.

 If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to apply for an internal review.
