Question 1 – I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information regarding fire building surveys in the county of Essex.
Specifically, I am seeking details on all buildings that have been deemed unsafe or non‐compliant as a result of their fire safety surveys.
I would be grateful if you could provide the following information for each relevant building:
(a) The full address and, if available, a unique reference number or identifier.
(b) The date on which the fire survey was conducted, or alternatively, the date when the next survey is due.
(c) A statement or summary of the findings that led to the building being classified as unsafe or non‐compliant.
(e) Any recorded recommendations for remedial actions, in particular, if there is a recommendation to fit new firedoors.
(f) The authority or individual responsible for recording or issuing the survey results.
